First Saturday 2006

1st Saturday 2006 program begins January 7, 2006.
Don't be left out of this zany and fun monthly event!

First Saturday is a demo session on the first Saturday of each month. (Note: the July meeting will take place on June 24th the last Saturday of June.)

Kits will be prepared for you based on your fabric group selection. Kit will include block patterns, color print of block, and some of the fabrics to complete blocks required for the month. You’ll learn: variety of cutting/constructing block methods, use of many rulers and tools, and piecing/pressing techniques.

Sign up for either the 8:30 a.m. or 10 a.m. session. This will be your assigned session for the entire year's program. If carpooling, your group should register for the same session.
The fee for 2006 will be $16 per fabric group if: you attend all succeeding months, bring your completed block each month, and arrive by the time of your chosen session. Fee will be due on First Saturday on January 7, and includes a new fee of $6 for a color print of the current months’ block.
Should you be absent from a 1st Saturday session, or your blocks are not completed, a $5 charge per block will be assessed to pick up the current month's block.
If you desire to work on more than one fabric group, there is an additional $5 fee each month per additional grouping. January’s fee for additional fabric groups is $16 per group.
Blocks will not be issued prior to First Saturday for any reason.

Meet your friends, make new friends and enjoy coffee and Danish, and door prizes; the store discount is available all day on First Saturday.
