R01 The GatheringR01TheGathering

Teacher: Linda Ballard

This is a wonderful lap size scrap quilt featuring baskets set on point, alternating with scrappy 4-patches. Although basically a two-color quilt, both the lights and darks are scraps and an additional light fabric is added for the outside setting triangles. A saw-tooth border frames the baskets before adding an outer border. A variety of techniques will be used to piece the baskets.
