Festival Registration Information And Workshop Schedules · Charter Members will have priority registration until January
16, 2006. Non-charter members should
not hesitate to send in registrations prior to this date to secure a
January 16, 2006 processing date; Charter members do not fill any class to the maximum; sign up early! A Charter member attended Festival workshops in 1998. · First come, first filled after January 16, 2006 including charter members. · A non-refundable $20 workshop registration fee will be
assessed each registration. One
registration form per attendee. Please
note if you wish a class with friends. · Registration accepted by mail, fax (541-383-2484)
or in person only—no phone calls please for registration. No email registrations will be accepted due to inconsistency of
registration forms. Class changes or cancellations must also be in writing
by mail, fax or in person — no phone calls
requesting changes/cancellations please. · Please indicate 1st, 2nd, 3rd choice each day. We have a multilevel waiting list. If you’re registered in a 2nd or 3rd
choice workshop, any cancellation in your 1st choice will trigger a
contact and offered opening based on first registration date. We encourage you to sign up for lunch.
Meals are wonderful and the company is first class! · Review your registration carefully. A $10 surcharge will be assessed for any follow-up contact
necessary to process your registration due to incomplete forms and/or class changes you initiate. Expect written confirmation of changes and
cancellations. We are not responsible for lost mail, failed fax transmissions or emails. Keep copies of all registration and confirmation
notices and other correspondence. · A $10 surcharge will be assessed
for replacement of lost Supply Lists. · Cancellations prior to May 15, 2006 will result in a full refund
less the $20 nonrefundable registration fee. No refunds after May 15, 2006. You may send someone in your
place—you must advise BJ’s Quilt Basket of the student change, please. · All refunds will be processed in the same monetary method as original payment with no exceptions (ex: your friend uses her cc# for your
registration, your refund will be credited to the same credit card).
