Thursday, March 22, 10:00am - 1:00pm
Instructor: Pat Welsth
Cost: $50 + Book
The success of this project is in the selection of the
fabric. Choose a fabric that features bright colors you
love, lots of them and you will be happy with the end
result. Select a fabric with a minimal amount of
background. A large scale print with movement and
interesting design produces the most interesting
kaleidoscopes. The repeat of the design element in
your chosen fabric determines the amount of fabric
needed and the size of the project. The longer the
repeat, the more hexagons, this gives this gives more
variety in the blocks.
